2.2 No Submission Guarantee: We strictly advise against submitting any work produced by Writopolis as your own original work for academic credit. Doing so may constitute plagiarism or academic misconduct under your institution’s policies. Writopolis accepts no liability for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, or consequences resulting from the misuse of our services.

2.3 Independent Contractors: Our writers are independent contractors. Writopolis acts as an intermediary platform connecting Clients with qualified writers.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Writopolis is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Ordering Process and Payments

4.1 Order Placement: When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete instructions, including deadlines, formatting styles, word counts, and specific requirements. Inaccurate instructions may result in delays or additional charges.

4.2 Pricing and Quotes: Prices are determined based on the complexity, urgency, and length of the assignment. All prices are quoted in [USD/AUD/GBP – specify your currency] and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Company IP: All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Writopolis and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Obligations and Code of Conduct

6.1 Honesty in Instructions: You agree to provide truthful and accurate instructions. Misrepresenting the nature of the assignment or providing fraudulent details may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6.2 No Harassment: You agree to treat our writers and support staff with respect. Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
